Inspired by underwear as outwear the Dior show reinvents basques, girdles, lace-edged slips, and petticoats. The show left the runway and went back to the 1950's when collections were presented to clients at the Christian Dior headquarters. The silhouette featured nipped-in waists and volumous skirts, and has left me longing for a colour pop winter.
